Huge improvement in light quality and reduced lighting costs
The Wallace High School, Lisburn, Co. Antrim, will reduce their carbon emissions by 336 tonnes over the next 5 years, thanks to a new lighting initiative completed at the school.
New, energy efficient lighting was installed at the cross-community grammar school. The new lighting system will reduce electricity use for lighting by 58% and will reduce annual energy costs by over £24,000.
