We are often asked what makes our service different to leasing. Firstly, we do not charge any interest on our service, payments are fixed for the contract term. We provide a maintenance-free, managed service for the agreement term, and by moving lighting to this service level contract, you move it off the balance sheet, no more depreciating assets.

The costs depend on the size of your property and the kind of lighting fixtures required. However, we can guarantee that the cost of the project (the fee you pay to us) will be less than the savings you will see in your energy bill.
We fund the up front costs involved in the installation, and charge a fixed fee each month for the length of the contract to cover this cost. However, this also includes maintenance of the lighting, saving you even more money on lighting repairs.
The process from first contact to full installation can be as fast as 3 days or 3 weeks, but obviously depends on lots of factors like the size of your property, how easy it is for our lighting experts to audit your current lighting systems, how fast you can get budgets approved etc. On average, we find that clients only need to invest around 3 hours of their own time to the project (as most of our audits and analysis can be done independently).

After the contract is paid, you can expect to see a long-term reduction of up in lighting costs. We will present an optional extended warranty so that you can enjoy lifetime free maintenance of the products.
