Cumnor House in Surrey upgrades to LED

Cumnor House Purley Nursery school – part of the Cognita Group of schools, has upgraded to energy-efficient Lighting. The nursery is located in South Croydon and facilitates the learning and growth of children from the age of two years of age.

Cognita wanted its portfolio of schools to be more energy-efficient, so LED lighting upgrades were suggested as a great place to start.

The solution 

high-quality, energy-efficient LED Lighting. A total of 182 new lights were fitted, with all old fittings and fixtures being sorted and recycled.

The old lighting was costing the nursery £3,590 per year; the new lighting costs are significantly lower at £1,516 per year.
