116 tonnes of carbon to be saved over 7 years

Some cuts are easier than others and reducing energy spend is the easiest of all.  Removing old lighting and replacing with energy efficient LED lighting can deliver an immediate energy saving.

Derby Grammar School will reduce their carbon emissions by 116 tonnes over the next 7 years, thanks to a new lighting initiative undertaken at the school.  They have reduced their energy costs without requiring any upfront capital investment.
